About Longevity.Science

Living long and healthy is not a matter of winning the genetic lottery anymore. Science, technology and the right behavioral interventions can help us maintain bodily and mental function for as close as possible to the end of life.

I know healthy longevity is possible for many of us, imminent even, and that much of the suffering caused my sickness in old ages is preventable.

To get there we need to promote real progress in longevity research, personalized predictive and preventative medicine, and healthspan policies. We also need to finally let go of the idea that ill health as we age is an inevitable part of life.

I founded Longevity.Science with these goals in mind and I hope it becomes your go to source for longevity news and healthspan hacks.

Yours,
Maya Elhalal
